How to Download Your Chime Statement PDF

Go to chime.com and log in, or open the Chime mobile app

On the web: click your name → Settings → Documents

On the app: go to Profile → Documents → Account Statements

Select the account and month you need

Tap the export icon to save the PDF
Chime statements are available for the past 18 months. Statements are generated monthly. Chime does not provide physical statements — you can print the downloaded PDF if you need a paper copy. If you can't access your account, call Chime at (844) 244-6363.

Common Chime Conversion Issues
Encrypted PDF Errors
Some US banks (like Chime) may secure their PDFs. If our tool flags the file as encrypted, try “printing to PDF” (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) to create a new, unlocked version before uploading.
Check Images
